Default Bluffing Frequencies

Besides the "How much have you lost" threads, there have been quite a few where hero is raised somewhere and a discussion ensues about whether hero should call or fold based upon the frequency that the villian is bluffing or maybe just raising with a hand that we can beat.

I have been trying to figure out if there is any trend whether people bluff more or less than they should and if they tend one way or another how that effects whether you should call all the time or fold all the time.

I seem to be coming to the conclusion that bluffing frequency for many vilians is more correlated to the opponents overall aggression rather than to the pot size. As such an aggro player would be bluffing way too much in big pots, which would makes it profitable to call all the time. Therefore PFA >x, Pot Size >y = call.

Any thoughts?
