Mini step 5
With a vacation days away and the party/skin debacle still being sorted out, I haven't had much motivation to play lately. So instead of trying to make some actual money, I decided to donk around in the steps. I bought in at step 2 and somehow lucksacked my way into a step 5.
My problem is this: I've only played a couple of 109s in my life, never higher. I have no idea how these games play nor what kind of ranges I should be putting people on. Anybody with some experience in these have any suggestions or comments? Btw, I'll probably post the HH when I do play. Thanks |

Re: Mini step 5
just play your best, don't be nervous, and be prepared to break out your full bag of triks for when the table t is playing too tightly. know who the regulars at your table are.

Re: Mini step 5
My opinion is that the competition at the $430 Mini-Steps is no tougher than the $109s.
I don't have a large enough sample to justify it, but it just seems that I never recognize more than 2 good/decent players at the tables (despite a very large number of notes), and the tables play pretty weak-tight. |
