Does anyone just smooth call and wait till the river to raise? If your raising this turn, how much do you raise it to?

I raise to slightly more than what the bettor, Hallie has. This means she/he will most likely, because they have pot stuck themselves. and then the next player, who has more than you, will also be pot stuck into calling. Then, on the river, I bet 1/2 to 3/5 of the rest of my stack. This entices the other guy into calling.

It is definately time top pop. I say raise to about 4000. It has to looks like a serious raise, but it also has to be low enough to invite calls/raises. Truth is, there can be plenty of hands with outs out there and it is time to charge. At the very least, I'm worried about a king or Queen on the river if not the 2p turning into a boat. Bump it up, bro. Also, bet a callable amount on the river too. I'd say 4K again.
