Default Profits are good ... but am I regressing?

Hi guys,

I've found myself in this weird rut lately, I'm making money at PLO8 (.50/1.00) and PLO (.50/1.00) ... but it doesn't seem to be from skilled play.

All I really do is wait for top hands, then play them if they flop me the nuts, or a very strong draw to the nuts. I rarely even bother counting outs as of late.

I collect little tallies of the people playing and have a nice list of +'s and -'s (thanx Ribbo) beside the players names.

But aside from this ... very little thought is being put into the game. I am aware I need to improve my betting as I sometimes find it difficult to capitalize on strong hands/draws. But I'm playing a pretty low variance game, so I really only ramp the bets up once I have a made hand.

Is it really this easy?

I suspect not, and must be missing something.

Thanks for all feedback, please flail away.

Best,
Zim
