Default A8o on button

Yet another player in the midst of a downswing, although I cant complain much after seeing some of your slides. I am going to post a bunch of hands and make sure everything is in order as well as having a few questions.

Villain is 35/12/1.2

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.

River: (8 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10 BB

Do I need to call the turn CR or let it go there?

Player dependent, you really need a read for this one. Getting 4:1 with a turn and river call, my default would be to call down. He could be a complete bluff on this completely ragged board and the showdown should help you in later hands too.

You're heads up, no real read, and you have second pair with the best kicker. Looks good enough to me to show down and hope to see a worse eight or a busted flush draw.
