Default River play? 600 nl

Villain totally has it out for me. I'm playing my usual spazzy, psycho way. He's made a few plays at him and I've made a few at him. He shows down some pretty crappy hands.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

SB ($787.95)
Hero ($681.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $3.
UTG calls $6, 4 folds, Hero raises to $15, UTG calls $15.

Hero...

I have 420 behind at this point.

Raise more PF. I would either 3-bet the flop or check raise the turn, the former looks more like a bluff and the latter will get more money in if he is bluffing, your way just let's him improve for free.

River I would check/call.

Your PFR looks weak and I think that turn bet looks really weak with the board getting mega-threatening like that.

I can find a value bet on that river. I think JT would have to be a really tough player to pull a move like that. KK isn't a threat. Only thing I'm even a little bit concerned about is KJ...virtually anything else will call you on the end.

I think you check call the river... to much out there that beats you... plus... if you have him dominated, check to him and allow him to bluff of the rest of his chips.

I think he has a piece and I think he's going to want the free showdown.

Won't I lose hands that I have dominated?

3-bet to 200 straight? I also feel like this loses hand that I have dominated because when I come out firing after 3 -betting he's going dump just about everything. I really wanted to 3-bet, but I don't use it a lot so I don't know how effective it is. I think I should start trying it.

What should be my 3-betting hands here?
