This is a tough one for one reason--

Friends ran for a long long time.

young Courtney Cox (Monica) is so much hotter than Jennifer Aniston (Rachel) it isn't even funny, especially pre-Friends, but..........

as the series moves on Rachel obviously passes her in the looks and sexiness in character development.

This is not a Ginger/MaryAnn question for that reason, not to mention the media's obsession w/ Aniston and her love life and Cox beind married to some what of a goof ball.

Just my 2 cents, but young Courtney was a stunner and Jennifer has never been much above an average girl w/ great hair and style.
