Default Will a bank change $20s for $100s?

So I withdrew some money via my newly activated NETeller ATM card and have a crapload of $20 bills. Will a bank that I don't have an account at change said $20 bills for $100s?

They may, but they don't have to. I used to have trouble with this coloring up/down when I worked in the service industry and managed the cash.

They shouldn't charge, but some banks won't do it if you don't have an account there.

If you go to a casino, and buy chips with your 20s, then cash out a bit later, they'll give you 100s.

I've changed as many as $3,000 in tens and twenties at a time for hundreds without a problem.
