Eurobet password help

After the scare about a PP acct being hacked, I downloaded PasswordSafe to change all my passwords. Unfortunately, the password stored in password safe does not work for my Euro account. Yes, I clicked the Eurobet drop down and not the Coral. Yes, I am using my account name and not my screen name (the name on the table).

I sent an e-message but then I realized that I can't check my e-messages since I'm not in my account.

Should I use the call back feature or is there a better way?
