15K Hands 1/2 1BB/100

Ok so I started limit up a month ago. Played 7K hands of .50/1 at 10.4 BB/100. When I moved up to 1/2 everything was fine, but after 15K hands I'm hovering around 1 BB/100. I understand these results are semi shorterm, but have you other low limit players experienced results similar to this?
