Default Push or check?

I have JJ on the button of a 2/4 6 max game at party. The effective stack is ~400. I have JJ on the button. An unknown CO makes it 15 to go, I make it 60 to go. He calls without much thought, we are heads up.

FLOP 10,8,3 two hearts (I have J of hearts)

He checks, I bet 90 he calls without much thought again.

RIVER Qh

He checks, I????????? Thanks in advance.

i'm guessing the Qh is the Turn not the river, clean up your post man. Check it through, call a reasonable river bet from the villan.
