Default variance in different limits?

Post some variance figures from different limits here, please.

I was discussing with a friend and we came to the conclusion that the variance is larger in micros (< 3/6) because the players are so bad and there so much suckouts. Yes, it is easy to beat these games. We were just talking about the variance.

Then between 5/10-15/30 the variance is smallest and then again > 30/60 it is big because the players are so though/aggressive.

Are we right or wrong??

Default Re: variance in different limits?

Pretty sure the variance simply increases as you move up.

As you move up games become increasingly aggressive (effictively raising the stakes which is reflected in a higher SD) and your edges become increasingly thin.
