Default 10+1 BB+SB hands

I have so much trouble with these hands because I never know what to do when I hit a decent holding so here is one from today.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (6 handed) converter

UTG (t1570)
MP (t2660)
CO (t720)
Button (t2180)
Hero (t1315)
BB (t5055)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button calls t100, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t300) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)

Hero ?
I'm not sure if my kicker is good but I know i have a good hand and if I'm behind now I have backdoor flush draw and a gutshot straight draw to boot, but I barely have any money in this small pot and I have a good stack and a free round to continue playing with if I fold so I...

Well you definitely don't want to open-fold

I'd throw a bet of 150-200 out there. If called, I check-call a small turn/river bet if the cards are decent.

This board is well connected and 2 flushed. Betting 150-200 and then calling 150-200 on the turn would leave you with an unplayable stack. What would you do to an all in reraise? Don't you think it would be better to check/fold any unless the button min bets?

Check/call or check/fold depending on the size of bet, if check/call then push/bet a brick turn.
