Default Laying down nut straight to river mini c/r.

Villain is VPIP 17.6 and PFR 9.6 over 120 hands...that is too small a sample to draw any conclusions from right? Otherwise I dont have any read

Getting 5-1 on the call, yet I fold. What else can he have than the flush / nut flush given his play? Am I an idiot?

UTG and call with 64c? Thats a terrible call, and if your going to play it at all, it should be for a raise. Turn is pretty standard. On the river, Im making this call almost every time. You are getting 5-1 odds, are you honestly sure that you are beat 80-85% of the time? I find that hard to believe. Make the call, and if he shows 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]'s, be thankfull he didnt raise more.

His raise really screams "CALL ME". What hands do you put him on here?

As for preflop call, I make those once in a while.

Im not exactly sure what I put him on here, but I know Im not behind 83.3% of the time.

He could be playing a wide margin of hands this way, I mean he was in the SB. He could have slow-played a set on the flop, he could have spiked a set on the turn, he could have made or slowplayed two pair, etc. I just dont have enough trust to lay this down when Im getting 5-1. If I had a strong read, then maybe.

All of those hands should check-call or bet-call, given his turn play I think. Just makes no sense to mini c/r those here.

Anyone else check this river through? I just don't see the point in better, when you can check it down. Realistically, if he raises more than $150, it's a clear fold, when you may have the best hand. I don't see a reason to put myself in that position.

I like the river bet, ya gotta call his raise.

You have to bet river because no way he puts you on flush. You wouldnt raise turn if you were drawing, and potentially get shut out.

And he doesnt absolutely have flush. He bet turn after everyone limped in PF and checked thru on flop. He could have a lot of hands, other than backdoored flush.
