Default Auto Push?

When I reads posts involving comments that say a player should push with any 2 in that spot, I always think to myself that I don't do that often enough. Do any of the hands below fall into that category: push with any two? I am the button in hands 1 & 3. I recognize that hand 2 is UTG, which I imagine is not usually a push with any two spot, but my stack was low and the blinds were approaching. These are from $11 STT on Party.

Here goes:

The only one that is close IMO is #2. And that's only because you can't afford to wait any longer and it's connected. But even that push is questionable.

I would fold them, yes. It would be closer if you were SB instead of the Button.

#3 is the only clear fold.

Hand 1 can be a push and I think hand 2 is a push if I'm using equity modeling in SnGPT correctly.

Easilyfound- you should really start using some ICM calculators instead of posting on these forums- you could mess around a lot more and as a result learn a lot about pushing/calling situations.

When pushing any 2, it's important to consider the calling ranges of those left to act, their stacks, your image up to that point, and the size of your stack relative ot the blinds to determine your folding equity.

Hand 1: It looks like a decent push if your image is good and your opponents have reasonable ranges. But given their stack sizes, I wouldn't say that this is a good spot most of the time.

Hand 2: If you've waited this long to push at this blind level with that stack size, there's really no point in pushing TJ here because you're likely to get called a lot of the time. Push before you lose FE.

Hand 3: Usually a fairly solid push.

How are you getting this?

Also am I the only one who doesn't understand the 3rd hand's format... (Usually they are ordered. Did OP change the order of the seats?)

I wasn't sure about the ordering either. But you know these two stacks are left to act:

Seat 7: lakerstower ( $1675 )
Seat 9: MoneyMan_24 ( $1070 )

So a push is going to force them to have a very solid hand to call all or more than half of their stack, while you pick up 225 most of the time and that's a significant boost.

Id fold the first, push the 2nd, fold the third.

Im curious as to why people advocate a fold for the 2nd hand. Granted, its likely he couldve gotten a better spot earlier but whats the justification for not pushing now with any 2?
