A POSITIVE POST FOR EUROBET FOR A CHANGE

with all the posts slamming eurobet, their interface, cashier, and service, some of them by myself, in fairness i should now post something which i thought was very positive of them.

First off, all the problems many of us have had accessing the cashier and emessage service can be rectified by cleaning out the internet cookies in your system. At least that worked for me.

Obviously i hope they work on something so you don't have to do that but in meantime that should work.

Otherwise, i had gone out of a sit and go single table tourney while we were down to 4 players, me with the biggest stack at table when some software glitch caused my system to freeze up, without a chance to reconnect to my table.

When they determined this, they credited my account with 1/4 of the prizepool, since at the time of my being booted they were still 4 players (don't know if i was the only one who suffered that problem at my table, maybe all 4 of us got booted).

I think this was a fair solution to what happened, and i think there are other big poker sites which would not have credited me like that.

true but thats the first and only times thats happened and they made up for it....sort of...i was the runaway chipleader and now get as much as others but i wasnt expecting ANYthing back

oh, I thought you were talking about how they credited your account after the [censored] up in their system two days ago which caused them to close down like 1/2 of the SNGs that were running at the time. Nevermind.

did half of their sit and goes fail??? i thought it was just me that disconnected....

in that case i guess they do have to refund the prize pools

i like that they give me money at the end of every month. that is even more nice of them.

I'll bet all 4 of you got DCed, so they pretty much "technically" HAD to refund the money, or they would be cheating you. I play on all party skins and Eurobet is by FAR the worst of the skins. Every other skin cashes out to Neteller within a few hours, Euro claims it "may take up to 24 hours", but it often takes 48 or 72 hours (during business days!). I've emailed them several times about this and other problems, and I can gaurantee you they couldnt give 2 hoots about their customers. A $25 bonus per month?!?! Party, empire, routinely give $100, or try Multi's $1500 bonus this month. It's really sad when the best praise we can give about that site is that they actually refunded money they OWED you in the first place. The ONLY reason I bother with that pathetic site is a rakeback deal (which I have at 2 other party skins, but not the other ones, and I play 12 tables).
