Buddy List??

Sorry, but this is a really lame question. I see lots of people mentioning guys on their buddy lists. When I search for players on the party skins, there's a "buddy" option, but I can never add people to it. How do you add people to a buddy list, or is it just something you jot down, then search for?

Go to the buddy list then type in their name manually.

Then in 'search tables' you can search for your buddies.
