Absolute bonus release

They give you $10 at a time right? My PT stats show me up like $30 since I signed up yesterday. It shows I have 180 pending, but my account is only $30 over my deposit amount. Should I e-mail support, or am I missing something? Never dealt with Absolute before. Thnx

check your absolute cashier history to see if your bonus was credited correctly. also note that there was a bug in Absolute PT hand imports which was corrected in the most recent updates (currently v.2.09.02). you may have to apply the patch and/or re-upload your recent sessions.

If you click on CASHIER, you will see your raked hand count increasing. Be aware that only pots raked $0.25 or more qualify. You need 100 of these hands played before clearing $10 of the bonus.

Every time bonus money is released, it shows up in your account history.

Assuming you've covered those bases, the next step for you is to ask their support.
