Default Beginner question

Hi!

I've heard A,2,3,4,5 is called a wheel and is the best low hand. But does it also represent a straight (=high hand at the same time)?!
Best regards, Dai!

You can pick any two cards to make your low, and any two cards (including the same two) to make your high. Highs and lows are worked out separately.

For example, if you hold <font color="red">A2JJ</font> and the flop is <font color="blue">345J9</font>, you have <font color="red">A2</font><font color="blue">345</font> for low and a straight (<font color="red">A2</font><font color="blue">345</font>) for high. Or if you hold <font color="red">A267</font> and the board is <font color="blue">345J9</font>, you have <font color="red">A2</font><font color="blue">345</font> for low and a straight (<font color="blue">345</font><font color="red">67</font>) for high.
