Default Stars 3:15 $10+1 - 32o BB special

This hand was very similar to this one that I posted in the 1-table tournaments forum.

When UTG raised all-in I said to myself that I will call him. Then when SB called I thought long and hard about it. Should I be able to fold here or does the chance of nearly tripling up make this a call?
