Whoring question

Hey guys! So I have my bankroll set up like this: I have 200 on one site for NL, 200 on another site for L, and 100 "extra" that I ahve begun bonus whoring with. I found a post which laid out a plan to build a bankroll with whoring (and I desperately need a bigger bankroll for limit). Anyways, I have started an Interpoker, earing $90 after 450 hands. After this it will be Poker plex, $50 for 300 hands; and Carribbean Sun, $40 after 250 hands. My question is this; I have had 3 sessions at 100 hands each, does this mean I have only 150 hands to go? Or does it only count hands I VP$IP? Also, if anyone else has any old posts helpful in the whoring journey, bonuses they are fond of, advice, etc. - feel free to post!

Raked hands are the ones that count weather you put money in or not.

Wrong order.

InterPoker->PokerPlex->[WilliamHill|UKBetting|Totalbet]->CaribbeanSun.

CS recently changed their bonus requirements (raising it from 250 to 500 hands for the same damn $40), which makes them easily the worst of the Crypto monthly poker bonuses. Do them last, if at all.
