Default TPTK vs TAA

Kinda interesting hand.

10-handed game: 5-10 on paradise, someone posts in the cutoff, and I have AKo UTG.

I raise, one fellow in MP3 calls, everyone else folds.

This guy's TAA after something like 100 hands: 17-10-1.7.

The board is A7428, rainbow flop and turn.

He calls down to the river in position, then raises the river.

Until the river I had put him on AQ. Now I feel that he can only have AK or a set.

I therefore called.

Does this sound like a good play / line? Does my read sound consistent with what you've experienced?

If you have a TAG image at the table, he knows you raised with a real solid hand from UTG so his river raise is definately scary. I think your read is pretty good, make the crying call and hope for a split.
