I raise the turn. If villain doesn't have a set, then he has to pay to see the river -- which you want especially since the board is coordinated (flush possibilities, and connecting cards). If he has a set already, that's unfortunate for you, but what can you do?

My first thought was to check through on the river -- but then I realized that by betting the river you might get better hands like KK or QQ to fold -- both of which are legitimate possibilities for BB to have. The river check on his part smells like weakness, though it's not inconceivable that he might be trying to induce a bluff.
