help, what does this mean?
im somewhat new to the poker world and when studying the hese forums i have come across a few unfamiliar terms. What does what does CO and MP mean also what does CAP mean, i saw it while looking at MEbenhoe's chart, thanks for any help

CO = CutOff, the position one away from the button (to the button's right.
MP = Middle Position, the seat two off the button (two to the button's right, one to the CO's right) CAP = cap. Most sites have a ceiling, or cap, on how many raises can be made on any street. At Party, for example, the cap is three raises (so one player bets, the next raises, the next puts in the second raise, and then the next puts in the third raise; in other words, he caps). |
