If he's a nit, he most likely filled up on the river, probably Aces full. Unless there's something in your prior history that could indicate his hand range would be wider than a boat.

Not trying to be results oriented, but I actually WOULDN'T slowplay this particular turn. If it was a rag club, I like the slowplay, but when it's a face card that's likely helped him, I prefer getting action ASAP (another ace on the river, or another club on the river, for example, might kill your action, and needless to say, you DO prefer charging them as much to fill up if they'll be willing to give you action right away).

Anyway, this is a really close decision that we can't really answer. It's so heavily dependent on player reads, and more specifically, postflop reads. You say he's a nit, but that usually just means preflop. Would he push here with A-Q? With A-K? etc. Does he bluff? Are his all-ins usually weak or super-strong? etc.

I don't have much to go on here. He's a nit....What do you mean by that. There are some nits that will always have a boat on this river. There are some that are capable of showing you AQ or AJ.....You're getting 2-1....If he's capable of having AQ or AJ here call. If you're not sure, call....You'd have to be super sure that he's a super nit to lay this down in a 5-handed game....But people have told me that i pay off too much

Man I hate to nitpick but what kinda preflop raise is this. Do people actually make it 30 then fold for 70 more with stacks like this? Make it like 120-150 preflop with all the crap/gems u intend to reraise with.

Anyhow, seems like you have a fold given the amount of strength you've shown in this hand.

Is betting pot considered to be slowplaying?
