Just got back from seeing the doctor. They said my pupil was too big to do regular LASIK. Got a quote for $4900. This includes all follow ups and lifetime adjustment.

This is the same doctor that did Bill Walsh and Terrell Owens. Pretty popular in the Bay Area I think.
