Default Limit Tournament Question

How should Limit Tournament play differ than regular ring game play early into the tournament (early meaning, more than 3 tables to the end)

Thank you.

yup, don't gamble in close situations with a small/med stack since you don't want to go broke or become short stacked. the gap between hands you can open raise and hands you can call a raise with is also bigger.

In a tourny your goal is to survive and make it to the money. You do not want to push out small edges. You may not want to play a hand where you have just a slight edge over your opponent.

Another thing is that often players are playing tighter in the tourny then they would in a ring game so you must adjust accordingly.
