help with line movement on USC/ASU game

line opened at USC -17 . today its at USC -15. Does this movement mean that:

A. Vegas wants you to bet USC since the line is shifting down in favor of USC?

B. Vegas is telling you to take ASU since the line is moving in USC's favor meaning value is being lost each minute that u dont bet on ASU?

i really do not understand line movements at all. i have seen people interpret them any way they want. it doesnt make sense to me. anyone wanna help explain the line movement for this game? thx.

This guy "Vegas", does he tell you to do other things? Bad things? Hahaha jk.

The line move most likely means that a bunch of money has come in on ASU driving the line down so more people will take USC.

i take this as an "honest" line movement; as both the public and several key touts are backing az st.

but remember 2 pts from 17 to 15 are nowhere near as significant ; i.e. probably not effecting a point spread outcome...as say 10 to 8..

but there is no value in a losing bet...
