Bet/fold or check/call. I can't decide at the moment.

Knowing how I play though I would never be able to bet/fold so I would probly c/c and lose value.

I agree and am the same way. However, I think I favor c/c because I can't imagine anything other than two pair, a straight, or the outside chance of a split pot.

against an unknown i'd tend to bet the river and fold to a raise. you are unlikely to get raised on this board, which is mainly what makes me inclined to lead.

On the river I thought about it for a bit then bet. When villain raised I clicked call almost automatically. From the above posts it seems that my game needs a bit of work.

this is an easy bet fold. villain could be calling with a flopped pair or a low PP. Few players at 2/4 make a scare raise on that river so without previous hand reads I'd bet fold this every time.
