Converter messed up he went all in immediately and I folded.

Final Pot: $130

I think he's tilting a bit against me. About 2 hands ago I picked off his bluff on a KQJTx board. He had a Q, I had a 9. He kept calling me a fish and how he only bluffs once a week. I told him now that I know he's bluffed once this week, I'll know he has the goods.

He's loose and passive PF. I haven't seen much of his flop play.

Do I make a small bet on the turn and fold to a raise?

Looks to me like he was slow playing a set and hoped you caught a flush. You played it fine, a small turn bets just opens you up to some pain.

If that was a bluff then make chat comments that would encourage more of it cause it would have been a terrible one.

Not really. The UTG player only had a stack of $193.

I think top pair/fair kicker is a hand I would be willing to lose 20 BB with against a player who may be on tilt.

I would consider moving all-in on the turn.
