opening a new hollywood poker account

I know this gets posted a lot with reference to party poker skins but hollywood poker has a 10k bonus going on through only bonuswhores and my original HP account was not through them.

Does anyone know if my brother could open an account there that I could play at to get the bonus? Well I think the answer to that is yes but does anyone know if they would let me fund the account with the same neteller account? Thanks in advance.
