I don't call an UTG raise with anything less than QQ,KK,AA, AK If I have abosolutely no read.. If I have some kind or range and know he's capable of raising with less, I'll probably add AQ, JJ-99

Facing an UTG raise, and being 2nd to act after, I think this is an easy fold... too many players to act behind. The only time I think a call here would be correct would be if you had the rest of the table well covered. Even IF everyone else folds, you still only getting 1.5-1 to see the flop... granted you will have position, but I don't like it.

That being said, there's roughly 290K in the pot when it gets back to you, and you have to basically call your stack off just to see the flop (you'd have 4K left)..... so you're getting 3.5-1 just to see the flop when you are obviously behind to at LEAST 1 player, and, I would guess possibly dominated at minimum by the other.

Easy fold after UTG raises, even easier AFTER he calls button's push.

Pretty much what everyone else has said...fold this preflop but in your circumstance I fold without question to push and call...You are way behind here. My guess is that your opponents both have JJ-AA + AK maybe AQ
