I've never been up to date on all the hip lingo kids are using these days so could somebody please tell me how pwned got started. I can grasp its meaning well enough and I've heard of getting owned, but where does the p come from? Just curious.

p is next to o on the keyboard. i first saw it used in starcraft, in which most ingame chat had typos all over the place.
