Default $400 6-max - Tricky flush

4 limps & me in BB with 73d ($400)

Flop is Q86d

SB checks, I lead for $20.

UTG calls, Button calls. UTG covers, Button only has $250. No real reads on either.

Turn is 6

I lead for $70, two calls again.

River is a blank.

I check it, UTG checks, button bets $100. I call.

Thoughts on turn & river?

Flop and turn play are fine imo, but I would have bet the river (and folded if UTG raised) and obviously called if button moved in. If I checked it would be with the intetion of folding, i have a heard time seeing either of them betting anything you beat, but i think they'll often call with worse hands.
