Default Interesting turn card gives me a draw, stack sizes awkward

Late in a Party Freeroll qualifier for the MDG. Villain has been slightly passive, has only shown down one hand that i've seen which was KK in an all in preflop. Villain seems solid. 11 left, top 2 get seats, my stack is ~avg.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (5 handed) converter

Button (t72465)
SB (t24932)
BB (t21705)
Hero (t28506)
MP (t25142)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t2200, 3 folds, BB calls t1400.

Flop: (t4800) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t2500, BB calls t2500.

Turn: (t9800) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks.

Whats my move?

I think you need to excersize some serious pot control here. I'd check behind, call a river bet if I hit my flush, and make a tough decision if its a blank/ overcard that isn't a diamond.

Half the field was gone within 30 min, that created some deep stack sizes. Plus it was only 330 to start.

What is his range for calling the flop? Assume a fairly standard preflop range (he's like 19 VPIP)

It's hard to say. I'd say his range to put money in the pot at all- is any pair, and 2 diamonds, and maybe even some wierd ace high type hands. The question is which of these does he check raise the flop or lead the turn with? I'm thinking a pocket pair lower than yours is most likely- but there is still plenty of other hands he could have. And for this reason I think we want to see a cheap showdown. Betting then folding to a raise is gross.
