Is 100% CPU usage normal when PT is importing?

I just bought 2 x 512 MB of Kingston DDR 400 RAM for my Dell dimension 4600 which only shipped with 2 x 256 MB of DDR 333 RAM. Have both installed now but CPU usage is still showing 100% when PT is importing. Is that normal?

In Task mngr my total "Physical Memory" says 1570800 and during import the "Available Memory" is around 900000 and goes up to around 930ish when not importing. Is that good, bad, indifferent?

I've asked this same question before and from what I am told it is completely normal for software like PT and virus scanners and spyware progams to require 90-100% usage while running. No worries!
