Default Need help

I have just completed my first 100 sng. I am a new hold em player. My first 50 I played what would be called weak and tight and had an roi of 60% then I started playing more tight aggressive over the next 50. My roi was.05%
I went back to tight and weak and have now cashed 7 of 8.
My biggest problem seems to be when I raise pre flop of more then 3 times bb I feel that I must bet even if I miss the flop and if called I end betting the turn. Although this works much of the time it also ends up breaking me too many times. I know these are very general statements. Any comments or ideas are much appreciated.
Joe

A small suggestion: It would be more helpful if you said what the buy-ins for the SnGs you play are. Also where you play.

Unless you have a made hand (AA-JJ) I almost never raise preflop with a full SNG. It just doesn't prevent anyone from staying in and when the flop misses you're stuck. It goes against the books,etc.. but I think you need to adjust for the party sngs. Play tight, save your chips, and make a move when the flop hits you.
