What did I do wrong?

UTG+1 is a preflop LAG, post flop calling station. I've seen him raise with any two cards twice before this hand, and raise several other times with marginal hands like QTo, and K3s. After the flop, I put him on two big cards. When he checked the turn, I figured for sure he had two big cards and I wanted to get him out, hence my large bet... I didn't want him hitting a bigger pair. Obviously, I misread the situation. Thanks in advance for your advice and criticism.

Well I wouldn't get involved in the first place, unless more players came in.

I can't see me calling the flop either, if I think he's pushing his overcards I'll raise him but likely I'll fold, seeing as you say he's actually passive postflop.
