The store really is a short drive from where I live and right on my way home. I don't mind the driving. I'm a big sports nut and I listen to WEEI sports talk radio on the way to and fro. Also I tend to reward myself with candy or a snack to eat on the way home.

I am the opposite on this. When I get home from work, I need at least an hour before I'll go out again. Usually, I call the wife when I am leaving work to see if she needs anything.
On the other hand, I love going out shopping by myself any other time. It is about the only time I really get to myself.
