Pre-flop call is fine. Fold when Button pushes over MP1's raise.

I would probably fold pre-flop on this hand. You are going to be stuck between the raiser and the re-raiser. If you hit your hand you may not be able to extract as much money as you would like.

I am assuming that the button folded on the flop. You should probably do the same. I actually think that you may have the best hand here, but it will cost too much to find out.

I absolutely do not think folding is an option. If we have to play it for set value we can...

folding pf seems like a horrible idea - i like the leading of the flop and i would fold to the raise.

I tend to think you have MP beaten here. Most players will reraise it again preflop with AA/KK, especially after a third player gets involved. Furthermore, his big raise looks like it's intended to drive out overcards. I'd put him on JJ/TT with more frequency than AA/KK/44. I don't enjoy playing for my stack with a pair postflop, but in this instance I think it's correct (assuming Button folds).

If Button weren't involved, I think this'd be a good line of thinking. However, he's now coming over the top of a pre-flop cold-caller INTO a pre-flop reraiser. I really think that he has AA/KK > 80% of the time here.

I'm confused, Hero is in BB, then we have MP and Button. Hero leads out on flop, MP raises, and action is back to hero before button acts?
