Default data mining on pokerstars

I'd like to build a big database at various levels at pokerstars but the instant hand history option only saves histories for hands that I'm actually in. Is there a quick and easy way (i.e. software) that will save HHs that I'm observing?

Thanks

there was StarSpy but it's been prohibited. So not on stars, no. Unless you feel like breaking the rules.

Why are such programs prohibited?

And no, I don't want to break the rules. I assume they will cancel my account and keep my hard earned money.

I'm not sure what the consequences are. Probably just a stern warning. It's not like you are cheating.
