Whats going on?

Boy, its been a LONG time since I last posted here. I just got a key chain in the mail from party with a letter saying they deposited 30$ into my account. Sure enough there it is and it's not even in my bonus account. The letter said theres still a 300 hand play though though. Any one else get something like this or is it because of my long period of inactivity.

A friend of mine just got $100 under similar cirumstances. He had to play 1500 hands to be able to cash it out. He hadn't played on party in several months.
