Default AT high value bet?

I was planning on leaving for dinner shortly so I didn't set up PT and GT+, so no numbers. Both opponents are extremely loose and passive however.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, Hero raises, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG calls, MP calls.

Flop: (8.40 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG folds, MP calls.

Final Pot: 11.70 BB

Um, I don't know. You were at the table and I wasn't, but if you get called, is it really going to be by A9, A8, A7, A4, A3 and king-high more often than by a better hand?

I think you are good here nearly always. Certainly pair and trip boards make weak players see the river with many hands. A3-A9 are possible, and will often call. It would take a freewheeling idiot to call K-high with the given action, but certainly this is possible. Easy fold to a raise.

I normally check behind, but value betting this board sounds viable. Anyone bet?

I don't like a river value bet.

If there were one opponent, and our holding was AK or AQ I'd say to bet, however, seeing as there are only a handful of worse A-highs, and even the most loose-passive players don't overcall with K-high, that it's best to check behind here. The lowliest pair will call and most of the holdings we beat will fold.

This is a clear example of needing to be ahead >55% when called. You'll bet and win this pot that often, but once you are called(especially when it is in 2 places) the likelihood our hand is good drops dramatically.

I really thought I'd get called by a lot of worse hands here. I've had guys look me up with ten high before at these games.

MP doesn't show [ 7d, Qc ] three of a kind, sixes.
CO doesn't show [ Ks, Jh ] three of a kind, sixes.
Hero wins $115 from the main pot with three of a kind, sixes with ace kicker.

Is there something wrong with the HH? It says you are the CO, and then some other CO called the river?

Anyway, I think this was a fluke occurrance - if these guys will overcall(!!) with Q7-high, then these aren't run-of-the-mill loose-passive 5/10ers, they are superfish. If it was against 2 superfish then I'd say you might have a bet. Maybe.
