Default College Graduates usually vote republican

Mostly because of tax issues, college graudates tend to vote republican.

not this election, though...

however, every evangical crawled out of their trailer to make sure their voice was heard on the important issue. morality.

i know what youre thinking: war is immoral, get rid of Bush.

Nope. War is OK... Its homosexuality thats evil.

Whoa!! College graduates elected Kerry?? Why the hell did all the networks call this election for Bush then? I demand a recount!

Oh wait...I forgot, this is America, where everyone can vote, not just the educated class. We used to only let the upper class vote in our elections; is that what you want to go back to?

I would prefer it if only the intelligent could vote, but a rich moron will always find a way around the restrictions, while smart poor people will conveniently not qualify. I guess mob rule is what we are stuck with (but now I can get some pot in Montana, so mob rule isn't so bad). And if you don't think the upper class determine our elections, you are fooling yourself. Lets see, we could vote for super-rich guys A or super-rich guys B. Lots of choice there for the common man.

The college-educated vote split 49-49 Bush-Kerry.

I think the more telling statistic is this one:
income: Bush Kerry
$50,000 or More (55%) 56% 43%

Until the Democrats can convince people they don't plan on taking food off their table to give it to the people who don't work, people who do work aren't going to be voting much for 'em.

That's the biggest thing to me... in 2 years i'll be making 6 figures in healthcare... I don't want democrats socializing healthcare and cutting into my 6 figures i've worked HARD for. I also don't want them taking 50% of what i get either in taxes. I hope this flat tax passes as it will be a HUGE benefit to those who are fiscally responsible.
