IMO save your money and buy SSH, Covers everything and more.

If you play poker now, Your smart enough to know what the things in SSH mean.

And you can always post here if you have querys.

I have ITH AND SSH as said, and i was a beginner when purchasing ITH. It taught me somestuff and made me a winning 0.05/.10 player, But i brought SSH and my bankroll SHOT UP after reading it, trying more aggresive play.
