Default 400 NL 9 handed (Boring small hand, just weird)

I have been at the table for about 30 minutes, can't think of any hands that would stand out to the rest of the table that I have been in.

EP minraises(450), one caller, I call on CO with AJs(650), Button folds blinds call. Nothing about EP really stands out, as he hasnt done much.

Flop J 4 4 rainbow

EP leads 10, I make it 35, he calls.

Turn 10x

Check, check

River 2x

He checks, I bet 75, he lets his timer run down and calls with AA.

Huh??? Who checks behind on that river?

I don't see any reason to raise the flop, hand will probably play out a lot differently. On the river I can't see many worse hands paying you off here..but I can't see better hands getting to the river in such a matter anyway. Full ring is weird.

I want to see where I am at on teh flop. If I call, and he leads again on the turn, I have no clue where I stand. I think this part of the hand is standard.

What a way of playing AA...

I like the flop raise over his weak bet.

I don't know what to do on this river either. I think it's close between check behind and value bet.
