Well, my quick answer would be:

4-4.

Edit: LOL, looks like I'm not the only person to get this score.

Puzzles, pretty much by definition, need a right answer. There are no "strange" scores, just improbable and impossible ones.

Extremely high is stranger than 4-4 one. There's a limit to how many points a team can score given the clock and the physical limitations of humans.

Hey Beef,

Here's a game that didn't end 1-1, you numbnuts. What are you going to do for the rest of the season?

I would guess 8-0, everyone would just kick the extra point, not go for 2.

Any score that has the Broncos leading.

Cause with Plummer as our QB, how could we possibly ever have a lead?

1 bad game and you're writing them off?!!?! And you call yourself a Broncos fan? You must not remember the 80s too well.

[/ QUOTE ]

No, I love the Broncos. But sometimes you just gotta know that it's not gonna happen. For example, I've been a Nuggets fan all my life. Love em, watch every game every year since I was like 12. But they only stopped totally sucking when Melo got drafted.

Plummer has proven that he sucks. That has been true throughout his career, and hasn't changed since he came to Denver.

Here are some obscure football rules that not many people know about. (These used to be solid at H.S., College, (only 2 and 3 in the NFL), but I don't care about football as much as I used to, so I don't know anymore.)

1) The other team has just scored a touchdown on you and as they attempt the extra point, they fumble. You pick up the ball and return it to their one-yard-line and step out of bounds. You can elect to take the ball, 1st and 10, at the result of the play (the one yard line) rather than having the other team kick off to you. If you do cross the goal line you are awarded two points and they still kick off.

2) On the final play of any quarter, if the other team punts to you and you call for a fair catch you are allowed a free kick (ball placed on a tee, no snap, no rush) at a 3 point FG.

3) Rather than going through the whole snapper, holder, kicker thing for a FG or PAT, the ball can be direct snapped to the kicker who can bounce the ball off the ground and attempt to kick it through. (Drop kick - this is insanely difficult)

EDIT: I'll save BlueTooth some pain . . . I posted a trip report that is getting some positive review over in OOT (where it belongs).

As far as Rule 1, in high school football in Oklahoma, on any PAT attempt, if the ball is turned over it is automatically dead. There are no returns for 2 points, so this rule would not work there.

Interesting though.

Those of you having problems with this, think Unarmed, Mosdef, and Apathy.

If only the NFL had the "rouge" Brian Moorman would lead the league in points.

[/ QUOTE ]

Holler...double holler...Also if the NFL had the rouge Noel Prefontaine would move to the NFL as a rouge specialist. Doug Flutie is a god of life and I hope Tom Brady breaks his leg so the best QB in New England can step in....Go Argos and Colts...that is all

Oh yeh and 30-Love....your at a tennis match...isn't that bizzare?

Isn't girls' basketball there still 6 on 6 which is really 3 on 3 where the girls either play defense or offense but can't cross midcourt?
