Hey Ray, I don't think you're a dick at all, your posts are always provocative.

I enjoy playing qualifiers because I'm too bankroll risk averse to pony up for the big game. I suspect that there is a whole set of math related to this area which was suggested by Betgo. I think alot of it is going to be determined by where you are sitting when the blinds go up which seems to be the main goal of the stallers (to time it for themselves). I hear you on the walk, but I think M=2.3 is way too skinny, I'm still pushing.

I can also be impatient and those 25 hands are going to take ~30 minutes (of mostly waiting), and I want to know where I stand now so I can start another table if necessary (my poker time has value to me).

Calling is -EV, pushing is +EV. Nearing the end of these turbo satellites, why risk such a huge percentage of your hands when you can find a much better spot to push? And by finding a much better spot to push, I mean pushing into a player who simply won't call, regardless of his hand.
