Default Foxwoods Saturday

What can I expect for low-limit games? Limit/No Limit games/waiting lists? Red Sox fans?

during the red sox game , especially in the high limit area with 5 tv's around, play is slow and everybody watches the games (including the dealers) its sucks and you should tip less, also a longer wait 20-60 mins

Get there by 10:00 am and you should have about a 15 minute wait, tops. Depends on what you're playing though.

Like the other poster said, get there before 10 AM and you should be good. Any time after that and it can get ugly.

And Red Sox fans usually outnumber Yankee fans by a ratio of about 85/15.

Bump, but I also have another question: What low limit limits does foxwoods spread in both limit and no limit? Also, is there a low-limit Omaha 8/b game spread? Look for me there on Saturday in a red "Speaker City" shirt and a blue yankees hat.

low stakes limit holdem:
2/4, 4/8, 5/10 w/kill

low stakes no-limit:
1/2 blinds, 40-100 buyin. Standard trick for bigger stack: buy in for 40, tip a dealer/waitress to make it $39, and buy another $100.

There is very often if not always a 5/10 w/kill O8 game whenever I've been there. I haven't seen any other low limit O8 game, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

fyi, many places the kill is on after a player wins two pots in a row, at FW the kill is on when the pot reaches $100.

How about leaving the Yankee hat at home.

Hey, at least the yankees won a game in the playoffs this year. I will make note of this fact today/tomorrow.
