The thinking LAG thought for a few seconds and folded (making me think that yes, Ark, he probably folded an ace), and the loose passive called. River was a 9, I bet, was called, and abused afterwards as he had 88. Fantastic for my image as mike pointed out!

Give me a download link on your pattern mapper

You seem to like your play, and have a lesson to teach to people like Ark. What's the point of your post? And what range do you put BB on when he 4 bets preflop?

Personally putting 2 BB in with a 3 outer makes me sad. I don't much like the move results aside.

BUT, he had a 6 outer since he was able to make a bigger ace fold with his big move!

Yes, I like my play.

No, I don't have a lesson to teach Ark. I just object to blanket statements such as "thinking lags will call here w/any ace", which is a bit much from someone I don't think has even played in the game.

As for the range of BB, something like AA-88, AK-AT, maybe KQ.

I agree with this. The question is the % a person will fold. It's definitely not 0.

Button here is loose, somewhat passive, and probably too straightforward to have a J here.

[/ QUOTE ]

You say this because he doesn't raise the turn before it gets back to you?

I have nowhere near the bankroll or the skill to play these games, but the fact that you are checkraising two players makes this move a guaranteed loser. Once your isolation 3-bet failed, the flop missed you, and the BB continued to show aggression, the hand was over.

There is no discrepancy here what so ever, lol. What are you kidding me? This is a matter of a personal read. You give us a sweeping generalization by saying "thinking LAG" and you will get a generalized answer.

What do you think the point of my question is? You are clearly suggesting that if I am not playing at YOUR LEVEL then how can I possibly reason correctly? Well, stop posting here then. Most people do not play at YOUR level, exalted one.

Also, just because he thought for a while does not mean he folded ATs. What kind of premature conclusion is that anyway? Maybe he spilled his drink then decided not to 3-bet you with KQs given the 2nd club and folded.

You certainly read a great deal into a harmless question, which you still haven't answered.
